Festival International d'impro de Témiscaming
FRIDAY APRIL 16, 2021 / SATURDAY APRIL 17, 2021 / SUNDAY APRIL 18, 2021
the centennial cabaret
The train station Museum, in partnership with the centennial of Témiscaming, presents the Centennial Cabaret!
The Centennial cabaret is an ephemeral terrace that will host music groups this summer, behind the station museum!
Inspired by an initiative of the FME of Rouyn-Noranda, the cabaret is a place to gather and have a good time together, around a drink, while listening to a good show. We come with family and we meet friends there!
You can attend free concerts throughout the summer, but also dance to the sound of the best DJs in the area! Here you can eat dishes prepared by our local food truck and drink regional wine and beer. Children will not be left out, since a playground will be available to them.
On days when there is no show, the terrace can be used by visitors, and they can take part in any activity they want(yoga, reading, lunch, etc.).
A whole summer of celebration awaits you at the Centennial Cabaret at the train station Museum!

The Centennial awards
The Centennial awards are presented to Temiscaming residents who have made significant contributions to or had a significant positive impact on the community over the past 100 years.
Five categories have been selected for the awards.
Residents are encouraged to nominate deserving individuals for consideration for the awards. We ask that the nominees have reside in the Town of Temiscaming for at least one year, or have formerly been resident. Selection criteria is broad, as contribution and impact can be measured or determined in many ways. Things such as community leadership, community organization involvement, heroic action, humanitarian efforts, service, volunteerism, and even things like business success, personal or professional achievement, or recognition brought to the Témiscaming community as a result of an individual's efforts.
To nominate a deserving citizen, please fill out the submission form below. Each nomination will be given the utmost consideration.
